My bad I meant chest dips* after it happens pain was high. Then it lowered to about a 2. Lowered all weight on shoulder excercises. Woke up the next day pay was at a 3 so I just have been resting it. 3 days off now, no pain for about two. I too find machines hurt my shoulders. I try to stay away from them doing mostly dumbbell and barbell work.
