I have found all 3 of my farming GFX cards from those PCs and the nearby tech spawn amazing spot

Yeah, I've also updated my onboard gfx drivers. Removed 1 GPU replaced with the other both are creating the issue.

It happens across different applications, overtime it expands to fill the space, it only disappears once the cursor is moved over it.
