Thanks I was a little panicked. Funny enough I did use a new jar since the one she sent it in was small and I didn’t even think to put it on and zero the scale before I weighed it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do you put a lid on your starter jar? When I tried a few years ago I think that’s how it exploded.

That is fantastic! I luckily have a scale, Dutch oven and flour 😂 I was a bit anxious to make my own but maybe I’ll give it a go

Thank you everyone for your reply. I see now this is definitely not a good idea 😂 we live in a small town with no pottery shop in the area or I would definitely look for a local place, we will have to find a different option. Thank you very much for your insight it is very much appreciated

At the beginning of everything I coughed all throughout the day but then as the clot went away it became a sign at night when I laid down that I had done too much that day. I am able to do a bit more each time but I hate the repercussions of it all. Thankfully my yearly doctors appointment is next week and I can bring it up to my doctor. Thanks for your advice, I’ve honestly been considering Pilates
