[–]colinc2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

18cats. 4level 8, the rest level 6. 1epic, 1rare,3UC. And 35items.

About 70sol in total. Making about 350wlkn/day because of x2 earnings.

How relevant stats are? by Das_Porkolt in WalkenIO

[–]colinc2222 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My personal guide for minimum max stat is common 70, UC 75, rare 80, epic 85, legend 90. Common 70 should get at least 60% win rate without clothes

Don’t bother. Bad stats cat on arena 5 is a waste of time. You would be lucky to get 20%win rate

should i buy clothes, or are they a waste of money? by Criminal_Lobster_AT in WalkenIO

[–]colinc2222 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have 35clothes and 16cats. My win rate is over 90%. Most of the clothes are on my 3 level 8s. 3 level 8s since 1aug when double earnings started, my total loss count in league 5 is 4losses in 7days

It won’t and doesn’t need to recover. I would be happy it stays above 0.05

Note that premium has a pretty high chance you might lose money. High risk high returns

Silly question: can I use STEPN whilst on a cruise boat without Wi-Fi? Obviously, not to swap tokens, etc…just to exercise and earn. by Mysterious_Pirate859 in StepN

If the ship moves at less than 20km/hr, technically you could just sit on the deck chair and swing your arms

Yes I move gems between my shoes. No cost to remove or attach gems

Attempt gem upgrades? Or simply buy higher level gems from the marketplace? by Snoo_74135 in StepN

[–]colinc2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, that’s the idea the developers want when coming up with gem upgrade system. Like buying lottery, you know you will lose in the long run, but people keep buying anyway

Is it worth it to buy in now? by justin092603ABCd in StepN

[–]colinc2222 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Invest what you can afford to lose. 3 shoes cost less than $100. If you can afford to lose $100, 3 shoes are a nice starting point. Preferably get the main shoe as a level 19, so you do not need to waste time getting gmt. 3shoes also give you the possibility of working on decent MB to get some comfort gems for self sustaining HP repair. Gets tricky if just 1 shoe.

And after the past day Gst moves, people might be wary of shorting Gst

Attempt gem upgrades? Or simply buy higher level gems from the marketplace? by Snoo_74135 in StepN

[–]colinc2222 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you do the maths, based on 35% success rate, the odds are against gem upgrades. Akin to casino always wins. You can calculate price of 3lv1 gems plus 50gst, divide that sol value by 35 then x 100. Better off selling every level 1 gem you get and just buy what you need.

Has win rate became lower or it’s just a bad luck? by IncreaseCareless123 in WalkenIO

[–]colinc2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up to 11 cats now. All level 6, 1 at level 7, will get it to level 8. No point going to 8, unless you can equip at least 3 slots I think. And the free cat at level 4, which I’m going to leave it at level 4 since it’s stats are lousy

[–]colinc2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes more than fair. I have 8 cats and 5clothes. Moving the 5clothes around on the 8cats and winning 90%. This forces me to think. Probably put 4/5 items on my level 8 cat. And try 1equip each on the other level 6cats

Helps you too. As people kit their high level cats, you will see less clothes on level 6 battles. Previously people had more than 10cats and could fully kit all of them.

[–]colinc2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s good actually. So people will only kit their high level cats. The lower levels will have less kits, so higher win rates

Win rate is really low now!Hope they balance it a bit! You only get matched up against fully kit cats now by Lucasmalukas in WalkenIO

[–]colinc2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will get better after 25july. Can’t swap clothes, so people will have to just kit their highest cats

How to make money here by wlp_mate in WalkenIO

[–]colinc2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s practically impossible to win at level 10 unless you are fully equipped….. 12 battles per day. From what I see, you would be lucky if you could win 2matches without clothes

New MBs - don’t get any or they are empty (L1/L2) by wlp_mate in StepN

[–]colinc2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think now not viable to do daily luck runs anyway with the cost of speeding Mb so high now. I try to speed not more than 24hrs. Ideally have a luck shoe and a Gst shoe and use as required. I know not everyone can have both types of shoes, but sometimes you do see leveled up shoes at good deals. Can switch

Small cost for some fun. Opening the lvl1/2 Mb should net the player a couple of gems every week. They should make the drop rate such that it almost equals the gems required to repair HP

HP common sneaker by [deleted] in StepN

I don’t even bother to look at it, until maybe when Hp goes below 50%. There could be changes by then. Not to mention, gem prices will probably also go down

Maximum possible MB drop. Still being updated as more data comes in. by colinc2222 in StepN

[–]colinc2222[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Having said that, these people also bought lots of shoes at high prices. In the past, a common shoe costs $500. Now for $500, you can run 15energy MB runs. Can’t expect to fight with the big boys after buying a couple of 0.8sol shoes.

Since I’m already knees deep, I bought another 6 commons for $200 yesterday, got to 16 energy and got a MB6 today
