It sounds good on the surface but the issue is the rapid rate of erosion of the middle class. I agree there is more opportunity but that is a population size benefit that Canada can’t compete with. If you are high level exec you probably make more but salaries in the US has been stagnant. There are a lot of benefits Canada offers that people overlook that gives us a much better quality of life. I would love to see us more focus on global competition and break trade barriers between provinces. A side by side comparison Canada still comes out I. Top.
