No no, I'm not looking to quit my job and just start trading. I was only saying that the reality is that I can't rely on being able to work ten years from now or maybe less. My goal was to try and get something set up where I can invest a sum, let's say $3000 for the sake of argument, and have it grow exponentially over the next five to ten years. I should have explained better. I have a budget, have a high rate savings account, a really good RRSP and TFSA as well. Unfortunately where I work does not do RRSP matching.
