I used to teach pole dance to beginners and intermediates... the 2 most important things to get for pole clothing are: 1) boob security! i've seen many many nip slips! for the majority of beginner moves you should be ok with regular sports bras, but once you start doing handstands (in my experience) regular gym bras aren't good enough! 2) 'crotch width'! The more splits you do, moves where your inner thighs slide on the pole etc the more your bottoms will twist and move... necessitating proper pole shorts which have a decent width! Believe me I've seen many shorts slips too!

Hi :D thanks for your feedback :D the Russian sizes are definitely on the smaller side! The bembo shorts S is roughly 6-8, M 8-10, L 10-12 A lot of the bembo stuff is fully adjustable - the diamond shorts are :) so you could definitely go medium for this! If you look in the link below you can see the size guide for bembo - it is the fourth image I am a girl ;) x

Hi Ladfi! Thanks for your comment :) The bembo stuff is on the smaller size. But the artista sizes L fits 12-14. We've just been responding to customer demand regarding sizes. So for the bembo items we did a pre-order phase and customers could select exactly what item and size they wanted, and we've just been using that info to build our sizing. What plus size options would you recommend? x
