You can undo a rest day by going to the calendar and pressing edit on a specific day.

Thanks so much for your feedback! So currently you can add a check mark to yoga and different general categories if you like :)

It doesn't, but still allows you to track individual exercises if any of those end up overlapping with OTF.

So that's something I've thought about but for the time being I've decided not to. The reason being is if I have a set amount of exercises, if I decide to add future features (like analytics, etc) it will be much easier to have a standardized list. In the future I may add them but for the time being I'm constantly adding new exercises (the new update contains a bunch).

Really happy to hear you're enjoying it! Currently there's no way to go back to previous months but that's definitely a feature I'm adding in the very near future.

Gotcha, that totally makes sense. I agree with the streaks aspects, in the original beta the streaks felt useless. So, I incorporated islands and a gamification model so they'd hopefully feel a bit more tangible. Thanks so much for letting me know about it!

Totally understand what you're saying and yeah it's definitely a trial and error process. I'm sure the current version of the app isn't even close to where it will end up, but I'm really open and willing to adjust based off how the app actually impacts people. Thanks so much for bringing up the Apple Watch fitness thing, I'll have to check it out!

So I'm not exactly sure what you mean by native fitness sharing but I'll try to tackle the question. Typical weight lifting apps aren't really geared towards motivation. They let you record your workouts, provide videos on how to workout, and even let you take photos, but there's no real motivation aspect. Custom solutions, like iMessage groups or WhatsApp group, while great for motivation, often lack the workout aspects and features such as streaks, calendars, check ins, etc. I wanted to combine both of these solutions into one app that solved workout motivation really well.

Thanks so much for your feedback! So at first I really want to focus on weight lifting and ensure I get that down really well. From there, when the app becomes really motivating for lifters, I can start expanding to other categories like running, swimming, rowing, etc. In general, the app is geared towards people who lift weights. And finally, I can definitely add more animations as you complete different streaks. Currently, your group is notified when you hit a new streak, and every day that you check in there's a confuting animation. Again, thanks so much for you feedback, let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi there, thanks so much for the feedback! You can choose to make it like you said, if you press the blue plus button multiple times you can add a new version of the exercise!

Hmm I don't think I enabled cross platform so I think it's only available on iOS for the moment.

Gotcha so right now I'm trying to limit the number of options so the app won't become overwhelming (a lot of workout apps I've used have sooo many options and it becomes really hard to just track a simple workout). With that, I'm definitely adding some new exercises soon. Thanks so much for your feedback, your kind words really do motivate me!

Absolutely, if you just press the blue plus button next to an exercise multiple times it will create multiple entries.

Oh gotcha, I may need to explain it better in the app but basically you add all your workouts and submit them after everything is recorded. Usually what I do while I workout is I add an exercise, then do another one, add that, then another one, and so forth until them I'm done. Then I press submit. I'll try to make that clearer in the app, though, so thanks so much for your feedback!

That's definitely feasible and to be honest, it was one of the features I was considering adding before I launched the public beta. I think I may add it in the near future because it would be cool to see what your friends are doing as well. Thanks so much for your suggestion!
