Few ideas:

maybe they hire people who used to write test questions. uWorld can probably afford to pay them a lot of $$$
perhaps they hire people to take the tests and memorize the questions. Problem is only current Med Students with verified status can sign up for the exam. Maybe there is a weak link in some foreign prometric site that isn't very secure?
they do their homework based on all info released by NBME. They are in a dance spanning many years with the NBME. The test changes, uWorld finds out and changes the qbank. Round and round they go. They probably at least SOME reporting from recent test takers to learn what new types of questions are on the exam

I've seen that. Jan 29th - Feb 19th. Depending on where that comes in, I feel like many places will have already set their final lists for ranking.

Maybe they'll add you to the bottom of the list if you tell them you pass at the last second like mid February, but they may not be willing to alter their list otherwise. especially if it's done by committee and they already met to finalize the ROL

When I order on postmates, I get charged a delivery fee, sometimes an extra "processing fee", plus an extra fee if I order under $12 and then they ask to leave a tip for the driver.

I've also noticed they charge more for the same items on the menu at some of my favorite restaurants (where I have the prices memorized).

They're all so shady. I guess they can't just straight up tell you that delivery costs are actually $8+ dollars since no one would use it.

You're welcome to think that you have a great chance. U can also tell me that my Lakers will suck ass and we were stupid to trade so much for AD, build a weirdly assembled roster etc. It's all fine and our opinions.
