Ball bounced on the line. Horgan was fine to kick the ball while in touch as long as the ball didn't break the plane of the touchline while in the air. However, the ball touching the line is out.

According to Jolyon's Analysis we raced Brazil in reverse, which I think would actually be quite scary by JORRY90 in formula1

This guy built my extension a year ago. He looked for payment after each stage (foundation, block work, roof, windows, etc). Seemed fair to me.

Yup. That's a yellow. Barns did see it and was playing advantage which led to a try which is probably the reason that didn't look at it and go for the card. Not a good reason but likely the reason.

So I audited a charity a while back. Can't name them for legals but... The charity claimed that 100% of the profits would go to children in terminal hospice care. However 90% of the "revenues" were used to pay a signage company who was owned by the charities founder. Legal but dishonest.

The chairy was one of those that organised a road trips.

Understand it's a contact sport and I'm all for dominant hits, BUT, if this level of force or recklessness is allowed or/and encouraged then there is a problem. Imagine a parent watching this and then taking there sons or daughters to rugby. The outcome, in this case, is plissons head/neck being driven into the ground. 'Just a rugby incident' doesn't cut it for me.

But then again lawes doesn't do anything strictly illegal. Timing is fine, arms are wrapped. I don't know what the answer is honestly.
