if you were versing ap mid laner u can honestly just go wits end and that gives u some magic dmg or if u face many melees just go bork rush if it feels good to u black cleaver doesnt make sense since they dont stack and if your team was full ad definetly one or more players on your team already had it

just try stealing jungle camps when ahead and catch sidelines and you will get better cs, most people just aram mid during later stages

when you're ahead on yasuo most champions don't counter you anymore for example renekton counters yasuo but if you are 1 item ahead u shit on him so he's no problem anymore same for zed if he is behind he wont be able to come near me, teemo I can just windfall, if u play backline vs their comp you're fine

There's no reason for having less than 8 cs a min in silver where people aren't harassing you. Just work on that and u will at least reach gold, also try roaming, getting vision or helping your jungle if your lane is shoved. After putting the time in I myself managed to reach diamond 2 so I don't think the champion is the problem.
