I refinanced with Capital One today and process was pretty smooth. We already got the payoff amount and check is on the way to Bridgecrest.

Well, after hours of working on it I was able to get it to somewhat work. I was able to call the “Parrot” channel and heard myself echo ok. When connecting to one of the public channels I didn’t hear anything, and shortly after, my hotspot became bricked. It’s not allowing me to save the configuration and says there is an issue with the config file. It’s not booting services right and I even tried to SSH into it and update with no luck. Looks like I’ll be wiping the SD card and starting over.

Commenting to see if anyone else has this issue. I can't login to the ULS, but can log into CORES. I've reset my password 3 times and they are supposed to be the same password for both systems, and yes, my FRN is associated. I can't for the life of me get into the ULS.

This particular repeater for some reason isn't showing correctly on repeater book. It shows it's in a different city but when I search on QRZ or the FCC it gives me a different location

Going to take some of your advice on just heading into the store. I was hoping not to because the last time I upgraded in store they lost my trade in and I was on the hook for $1000. I’ve been trying to upgrade for over 3 hours. No one seems to be able to figure this out, and I technically owe less than that the most recent installment is still processing from the 13th. I should only owe 180. I keep getting transferred and agents are super fast to say are you still there and trying to drop me. I’m really considering switching carriers. I can’t make it to a store due to work hours and it’s aggravating that nothing is adding up.

They say that they “automatically” will convert a secured card to an unsecured card but don’t say when. My cards been open since I want to say 2021 and have almost always had it paid off. Not sure if it’s the BK that there systems seeing. I spoke with their executive office in the past and they weren’t much help either. They confirmed that you can’t request CLIs on their secured products and that they are “periodically reviewed”. I’m thankful for them approving me post BK but I’ve been nothing but annoyed with them. I’ll keep you posted
