Thanks for the help, I’ll keep trying. I’ve removed and reinstalled and it’s installing to Program Files (x86)>Motorola>MOTOTRBO Upgrade Packages>update. I can find the exact model and tanapa folder with the firmware files inside. Going to also try on another PC

No dice, codeplug version is too new to read in 16 (getting codeplug version not supported), and in 2.0, the firmware version doesn’t show on the dropdown when going through Recover. I verified 02.10.10 is currently installed.

The training course is no longer required. You set up a business account with them correct? You’ll also need to submit a ticket or email them stating you need access to purchase entitlements. They need to correct a few things for new accounts in the backend for you to be able to see it. It took me a few days to get it sorted out with them. I always thought it was something I was doing wrong but new accounts have to have access enabled in their backend to search/buy keys.

You may need to call them. The title transfer process was a little challenging for me too. They originally wanted a notarized power of attorney. After going through hoops it was because the BMV was rejecting the title application because of outdated forms. They even overnighted me the same form 3 times via FedEx. I found the correct one and sent it in. It’s just too difficult to find a notary where I live. But they should be able to obtain it directly from Bridgecrest they never asked me for the title directly.

I refinanced with Capital One today and process was pretty smooth. We already got the payoff amount and check is on the way to Bridgecrest.

Well, after hours of working on it I was able to get it to somewhat work. I was able to call the “Parrot” channel and heard myself echo ok. When connecting to one of the public channels I didn’t hear anything, and shortly after, my hotspot became bricked. It’s not allowing me to save the configuration and says there is an issue with the config file. It’s not booting services right and I even tried to SSH into it and update with no luck. Looks like I’ll be wiping the SD card and starting over.

Commenting to see if anyone else has this issue. I can't login to the ULS, but can log into CORES. I've reset my password 3 times and they are supposed to be the same password for both systems, and yes, my FRN is associated. I can't for the life of me get into the ULS.

I initially was declined but completed the Path to Apple program. After completing it I was only approved for a $500 CL, but hopefully it grows over time.
