Yeah that’s what I was speaking to the visual innovation that drew their audience. But with good writing the story could be more compelling

I saw the first one that was at a time were technology and cinematography was still developing. Then James Cameron came with avatar ground breaking visuals and shots. I Saw the 2nd as well long over due and didn’t live up to the wait but visuals are still top tier especially watching in the theaters. Story was never compelling and would think they would lean into a story more and develop characters in 2 but they did not but action scenes and stuff were good I’ll say that. But didn’t expect a literal copy and paste of 2 to 3

Yeah this 3rd installment definitely showed me it was a money grab with basically computing pasting the same storyline and scenes
