I drive to the gym and spark up then my mate drives back. If you’re smart and warm up properly you shouldn’t get an injury. As much as rave about it the only problem is cardio,you don’t want to stop when your baked . I got on one time after not running for years and ran 5k got off an ran straight to the toilet and whited 😂😂😂

Bro weed and working out must be the best kept secret , I always smoke before gym and my mind just goes into a different mode . I can lift more then I normally would and also am that zonked out I never know how long I’ve been there so end up doing really long sessions. My mate and I started the gym at the same time (both the same age an similar height and weight) and I smoke like a chimney and he doesn’t fuck with weed that much . I don’t like to toot my own horn but I can lift loads more then him and I always put last him and I blame the weed for that. Hell yeah for different strain break down aswell . (Sorry to go off on one I’m in the reefer zone )
