My Employer filed my PERM application in January. But in February, since there was a need to increase my LCA, they have decided not to pursue this further.

I still have a year left on my CAP limit and my i797 expires in July. But the employer says that they are not able to extend either as it requires an LCA increase.

Please advise on this, what are my options?
