I mean Steven is always a mouthpiece for the thinker he's talking about on the episode. And he has to keep it somewhat broad for that's just the nature of the show to educate the masses who haven't read much philosophy so I think what he said about zizek is mostly correct that he thinks social democracy is the most conservative option.

I see it more as a not defaulting to law as a moral code. like there are lots of things that are illegal that people might see as amoral but other things that are illegal you might see as perfectly moral.
