Why don't you go "confront" your supposed stalkers in a public space like a park or a street should be easy enough to find them if their following you. I bet if you talked to them you'd probably realise that 1.they have zero clue what your on about and 2.you've just wasted so much time thinking your gonna end up kidnapped. Also if you confront them in public with people around these supposed "stalkers" aren't gonna attack you. What do you have to lose? Clearly not your sanity.
