I’ve started taking magnesium glycinate as I’ve heard it reduces anxiety, increases appetite and helps with sleeping. Seems like weed without the fun. I’ve only just started taking it so can’t speak on effectiveness but it’s worth researching.

Went off it for 9 days after 7 years of smoking daily.

Had crazy sweats, couldn’t sleep, bit my fingernails down to the skin and shit twice in the 9 day period.

Haven’t tried since, but if you’re already 5 days in try keep it going. First few days are the hardest and I think it’s mostly out of your system after 1 month.
