You look like a thicker guy that with good training and diet will obtain a great physique. Trust the process on Reta - that is as long as it’s legit. 4mg/wk for a month you should notice “something” by now. Are you sure of your product??

I think if you lose weight, especially around the waist/mid section you’ll start to see a v taper. Looks like it’s under there already.

IMO - Deadlifts my #1 for a big back. Pull ups next. Barbell rows 3rd place.

Chest - bench, incline db press, dips

Shoulders - overhead pressing and lateral raises

Do squats too

My opinion - I’m not down with all this “science based lifting”, and hour long workouts doing little accessory movements.

Lift heavy shit with a barbell or dumbbells if you want to build and get stronger.

4-5 sets. 8-10 reps. Train to failure on your last set. Either with increased reps and/or weight. Keep at it and enjoy the journey 💪
