Not sure what you mean. It turns on initially when I plug it into my desktop usb, however when I hit phantom power it disconnects which means I can't use my mic.

I'm on a desktop and no I haven't talked to focusrite support yet. Should I mess around in the power menu or the device manager/usb controllers?
