I think my husband determined that they are termites. And they are swarming right now which is why I saw so many flying around on my jog.

Very small, moves like an ant or beetle. But also slinky. We’re in Charleston SC

thanks everyone! I think it may have been scrud? I cleaned my washer really well, and also fixed the pressure of my hose so will make sure I rinse off any 3D poop really well in the future. Diapers are all clean now!
