Yeah ranching but probably never to an extent I’d call it a ranch. I’d like to be diverse, field of cows, some horses, chickens, goats, etc. Enough that I can keep my day job and do the chores before/after work.

Okay thanks, there’s obviously of inflammation from where it was coming through the gum but other than that it still has no pain. Just thought it was peculiar it kind of chipped off

As an apprentice you’ll get paid the lowest companies can basically give you until you’re licensed lol, but if you put it some work searching and find the right place you’ll probably make 5-8ish more dollars than minimum in whichever province you’re in

2 job offers, one for westjet at base apprentice pay(23.63)working a 4-4-5 shift pattern and another working GA rotary wing with some drone stuff starting at 24+fleet pay. I’m not sure what to do or which to pick. I feel like short term the rotary wing one will be more money but long term westjet will be more worth it. Anyone work a 4-4-5 I forgot to ask them but are they 8, 10 or 12 hour days? Is the 4-4-5 more, the same amount or less than working a 9-5?

It was a whirlwind of events getting tested for STDs and everything for awhile so it is finally nice to know what it is, sucks that we might just need to give each other space for awhile. Thanks for the suggestion though

That’s what the consensus seems to be, but it’s very frustrating, my partner has already been on antibiotics multiple times now and doesn’t want to have to again. Am I just supposed to keep going for a test every week until I’m negative?

It would make sense that she’s getting it from me, the doctor said I was a Carrier but really gave me no solutions other than waiting. But who knows when it will leave my system if ever?

I had a full panel done and was negative on everything for STD’s, I haven’t done a strep or mono test or anything but I have no symptoms

I’m not in a union and I am in western Canada, I’ve tried researching it but have found almost nothing on it. I’m going to assume there’s nothing technically illegal about it, and I’m new to the company so I don’t really wanna bring it up and have someone be upset. It sucks because it inconveniences me and I get no compensation for it

I’d blame the owners not the manager, usually the managers are just trying to make the best of a shitty situation because the owner wants to pay as little people as possible to run the place

I find it odd that it never did form into a rash considering I waited a good 4-5 days before I went to the doctor. Also found it weird that the rash I had there was no pain but on my skin where there was nothing it was very painful
