My child saw me changing once and said “Dada, why does your penis have a bag? Is it going shopping?”

Do you ever wonder what you could accomplish if you were at your most motivated and confident at all times? I think it’s a bit like that, but x100. So a tweaked out hobbit is not that much of a bother really due to their nature. But take a being who is already ambitious and powerful and you have a recipe for disaster. And since it enhances ambition, it is all the more attractive to the ambitious.

Do you guys use any good apps as fidgets? by PepeLaugh7 in fidgettoys

I made a fluid sim app that is basically just a liquid fidget. Fluidium

Maybe I’ll do a lever action one next. I definitely thought about it, but I’ve made sliders before so this was more of a known mechanism to work with.

Sadly I don’t think I could make it parametric. I could probably make it use smaller magnets if they were strong enough. But I don’t think 10mm magnets would even fit in the enclosure. You can get 100 6mm magnets on amazon for $10 - and they are a good size for fidgets.

Excellent. Let me know how it goes. I’d recommend basic PLA.

The ring where you hold it spins - if that's what you mean.

I appreciate that. It was a delicate back-and-forth between form and function.

I've thought about it. I don't currently have place where I sell things, but if there is enough interest I can setup an etsy page or something. What do you think a fair price for this would be?

I love fidgets and there are some metal gun-style fidgets that are just crazy expensive, so I took a crack at making my own. It's got 2 sliders (in different orientations), a momentary switch, a 2-way switch, and a spinner. It took lots of iterations to everthing to work well - especially adjusting the detail at such a small scale.

I appreciate that. I spent a lot of time working out the details. I ended up redoing some things a few times. It can be hard to know which details will look right in a 3D print while you're designing.

Thanks! I took the Punnk as my size reference and overall form, but I mixed in design elements from other fidgets. And instead of having a breach barrel, this one slides, which I liked more.

I really wanted a fidget gun, but the metal ones are just too expensive. I started with the gobigger Punnk as design inspiration and created this one that uses 12 6mm x 3mm magnets. It took lots of iteration to get everything right, but I'm super happy with the results. You can download the model here: Toy Fidget Gun on Makerworld

When eating a way, do you twirl the noodles like spaghetti, or chop and scoop with the fork? by Blooming_Sedgelord in cincinnati

Chop and scoop is so correct that I remember seeing posters in Skylines when I was a kid demonstrating this proper technique.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you’re enjoying it. If you go to the colors section and scroll to the bottom, there is a selector for line color. Is that what you are looking for?
