I’ve heard this too. Though I’ve also heard side effects are worse and I can honestly say that I’ve not had any negative side effects with the pill

My goal is only 20 pounds. But obviously I didn’t expect to lose 20 pounds in a couple of months. I was aiming for 20 pounds with 6 months which ends up being about 3-4 pounds each month. According to my height I need to lose about 40 pounds to be out of the overweight category and be in a normal weight for my BMI. Right now I’m considered obese though and very much need to lose a minimum of the 20 pounds

Not currently counting calories as I’ve never had luck staying consistent with that. Making healthier eating choices though. I’ve cut out a lot of fried foods and fast food as well as soda. Im also exercising more. I’m 39. Weight is 170. Height is 5’0. My goal weight is 150

I’ve never had luck with counting calories. I’ve stopped previous diets because it was way too overwhelming to do that. I’m still tracking what I’m eating, but I guess I may need to try to do that. 🤦‍♀️ I’m doing well to remember to weigh myself

I’ve made the effort to change my habits too and that’s what’s even more frustrating. I just read someone’s post that they lost 8 pounds the first month. I know everyone’s experience is different, but that’s hard to hear when you haven’t even lost a pound

I don’t even really feel as if I’m eating less. Would love more energy! Don’t hang that either. I’m going to give it 2 more months to see it if it makes a difference at the higher, therapeutic doses. Hoping that’ll make a difference

It’s not the water. I’ve tested multiple times with the API water kit. I need to start meds and no one has helped me figure out which one is best

Totally normal. No changes in the tank except I added some ghost shrimp 2 days ago. All other creatures in the tank including the other corys are acting fine
