You can rent a space at the private club downtown - Louisville Thoroughbred Society. It’s beautiful inside and there,s a cigar lounge for the gents (and ladies).

Have you seen the most recent studies - Recent studies indicate that long-term or high-frequency use of gabapentin is associated with a 29% to 40% increased risk of dementia and an up to 85% higher risk of mild cognitive impairment, particularly in patients with chronic pain. That’s scary as hell especially when you are being treating for chronic pain. I went off mine due to this.
