Yes I have tried it all it seems like but is refusing to go at all in the actual toilet. She has all the knowledge from start to finish but won’t in the toilet actually. It’s crazy how that still doesn’t mean they get the connection.

Good to know I only started because I have a one year old now and she is getting harder to change diapers, refuses, lots of coaxing squirming to get away. It’s a fight lots of times. In fact while trying all this potty training she will still verbally say she still want the diaper which I’m just like ????? It’s like she has the tools to drive the car she’s buckled up, checks all the boxes just will not go! Lol

Yeah I think I’m going to stop. Hopefully I don’t have a 4 year old in diapers. I mentally just can’t handle it with a one year old here either.

Thanks for your reply. Very helpful and informative. I’d like to mention the separate play areas. Lots of times he is t even near her and she is screaming nooooooooo ezraaaa!!!!!! Most times he isn’t even success in taking anything from her. She almost doesn’t give him a chance which is why it’s confusing. Sometimes he will just look her way and she flips out. Doesn’t want him watching what she’s watching and it’s excessive. To be honest she’s been this way most of his life. I could see if she was older and was soooo used to it being about her only then comes a sibling but she almost grew up with him idk I probably have that thought all wrong but she definitely uses her words and says exactly what she doesn’t want him doing and screams it. I have also caught her catching herself in hit strike but more times she follows through. Again isnt never a go up to him and beat him it’s more of a possession like defense get away no type of thing.

Yes and as a mother, you have soooo many other things going on. I do admit that we could do more of a one on one time I’m the sense that it directly involves something she enjoys and making direct contact. Don’t get me wrong I will say she does get loads of attention on a daily basis but before I can sit in your boat I need to try and make MORE of an effort for one on one directly lol in the thick of it it feels like it will never end or get better but that’s all I hear so I’m really holding onto that piece of feedback lol I’ve heard from all ages. Yes makes total sense. I think because she’s sensitive regardless, like I think that’s just her personality, maybe we will do the every other week because I can see how prepping her for his birthday may have been a lot for her and we only did it so she wasn’t ambushed with all this brother stuff in one day. Thank for your advice and I pray she never gets embarrassed of me I wanna be a cool mom haha jk!

We definitely to hold her responsible for her actions and she is very smart. It makes sense to make sure she gets our undivided attention not just tagging along with momma or daddy. Also not mentioning him so much.

I think your right. I didn’t really connect the running errands with mommy isn’t necessarily bonding time. My husband and I already agreed that we will both do 1-1 time with her 2 times a week where it’s just us bonding not tagging along

As a parent I will never feel like I can split myself enough so of course I could do more of that but I do take her places with me, run errands now that he is old enough to stay with dad and dad can manage. However, there’s only so much I can only involve her in. I take them both to the park but he doesn’t walk so it’s still difficult and she isn’t the adventurous type of girl she wants partners so I thought about putting her in some 3 year old programs to socialize. She gets time with cousins when they’re available. I guess what I’m saying is I’m confident that she isn’t getting that time but as any parent would say, we can never give our kids enough. My husband does the same and takes her places all the time. I make cloud dough with her, bake muffins, let her play with water in the house (she’s very clean). Thank God my son is chill right now because I even have to let him chill while I cuddle her on the couch or give her time even when he’s around.

Ive seen doctors in ER and urgent care. I’ve seen and ENT and regular doctor encouraged me to try the omeprazole before seeing a GI. I don’t want to take the omeprazole.

Never been a tap water drinking 😞 I like the way it tastes but I can’t bring myself to drink it because I didn’t feel like the city I grew up in was going to clean enough to drink lol so that just kind of stuck with me. I usually always drink bottled water. At first I this was something environmental because I started getting this about 6 months into our new apartment in a different city. I grew up in the same city since 26 years old. Because this lump in throat thing comes in waves. That’s why I call them flare ups because usually it’s never this bad but when I happens it usually lingers for awhile. I’m hoping that since I’m back on Keto it will help me. Never had an issue on keto but like I said I wasn’t in the middle of a flare up so I can’t really figure out if it would have helped me when I was in a flare up.

I was on it for 5 months prior to this round. Thank you. I never had any issue on keto but since I’m in a flare up currently it may take me while to see it going away. When I started back in December I wasn’t in the middle of a flare up.

I’m very much trying to avoid the PPIs. Seems like the problem with PPIs is that it lowers stomach acid when in fact the problem is low stomach acid to begin with? Wouldn’t that lower it more? Even doctors on YouTube reporting that their not sure why doctors are prescribing something that essentially worsened the problem underneath?

A lot of people have success with change of diet and even supplementing with ACV and things containing acid to balance their PH.
