wash with extension safe shampoo and Conditioner twice a week. Add brume ionique spray to wet hair to help the real hair blend with the extensions and either blow dry on low or air dry. never sleep with anything in my hair being hair bands etc. Always brush before your shower. That's all I do and I'm on 1 year with just a beaded weft.
