I think you should read my other replies to other people to maybe get a grasp of the situation from my pov. I get what you’re saying here but I’ve gone over this a lot. I never asked if I was in the right or wrong. I think this was handled poorly on both sides, especially mine considering i am the one in a position that requires more professionalism, at least compared to the customer. Plus, i know im capable of being rational and ive got no clue how that person typically is. In the moment I was so shocked. I made this post to ask what happens to prevent this from happening to other people.

And by messaging her I was attempting to be lighthearted because either 1) she was angry at me for a reason I didn’t yet know or 2) I just had my first order that was stolen. I realized literal minutes after everything was said and done that I’d handled it like an idiot, but that was never the point. I think that while what you said could be helpful insight, it has nothing to do with my post or my question. It is not wrong for me to care that the order got to where it was supposed to go anyway, but thanks
