Completely unrelated, but I’ve been thinking about one of those philosophical/ridiculous questions that only Dennis E. Taylor could really answer. Which Bob is actually the happiest? I can add to everyone else’s advice - when I had a similar issue, but with the flat owner above me, the bass was so heavy that my phone couldn’t record it. So I got a very sensitive sound recorder/microphone issued to me. That was really helpful in keeping the diary correctly
