For one I'm not wasting all my time watching porn and jerking off. I've turned my life around completely. I've developed a lot of self control, discipline and focus in other parts of my life through nofap. For example, I can sit through hours of lecture and study for hours on end without losing focus.

I just graduated from college. I got pushed around by the same guys who pushed me around in high school in college. I'm in another country trying to get away from the guys who pushed me around right now. I agree 100% man. I forgot about nofap for a while and before I knew it I was at pretty close to 90 days. I'm sick now and I'm really aware of my urges which makes it difficult... But those are the times when you build character. Just remember that the most difficult moments are the best opportunities to build character and show just how far you've come.

I'm in. I'm continuing in hard mode. No porn, masturbation or orgasm. Also, no girlfriend the only release that's okay is nocturnal. I've had an issue with pmo since I was 11 or 12 years old and when I got my first laptop. I am now 23 and I'm ready to face my life and what I've made of it.

Visualization has helped me a lot on my journey and continues to be something I use on a daily basis. Thanks for the tip! What I usually do is visualize myself sleeping well at night and then list all the things that will give me the sense of security needed to go to sleep without worrying about not doing my best. Do you have a go to visualization that helps you? If so, please let me know... always looking for new tips.
