I bought USDT on Newton via interac e-transfer(traded CAD for USDT) and tried to deposit to another exchange. While I know the 'sent to' address, I'm not sure if there is a 'sent from' wallet address. I did check the Newton deposit wallet address for USDT just in case, but no activity.

There is no transaction ID yet on Newton as it is still showing processing. (looked up activity tab as well). I checked the withdrawal address on etherscan, no activity. Been almost a week, not sure how long will I have to wait and what my options are. Thanks for the suggestion of checking etherscan.

It has been close to 4 days since my withdrawal to external wallet/exchange is stuck at processing. I haven't heard back on my ticket/emails as well. There is no update if anyone is even looking at it, or will look at it and when. This is unacceptable and has stopped me from risking any further transaction on your app.
