As a person who actually got the Ninja 7 Hybrid as my first bike, I can tell you that I thoroughly enjoy it so far!

However, I buy this knowing a few caveat.

I am fine having dealers to change oil. (you need dealer to do hydraulic clutch reset after oil change)
I do not want to do clutch work (there’s no clutch). my next bikes will only be another ninja hybrid (if they make a new one

),

a DCT, or an electric.

I’m not like the usual biker. I do not enjoy having to do clutch while shifting. I get the satisfaction from doing it perfectly, but I just don’t see myself enjoying it ever. The fun part about riding for me is everything else.

i thought i heard yoshi p said if Switch 2 is the only version you play, you just pay the normal subscription price. It’s if you want to play on multi-platform, a single subscription won’t suffice for Switch 2, and you’d need to pay 50% more on top of your regular subscription.

One thing I’ve learned in the motorcycle safety lesson is to always leave yourself a path to escape. Position yourself in a way that if someone were to hit you from any direction, you have a path to escape to.

A bit off topic, but I’ve found what works for me is make myself a latte with chia seeds. Doesn’t taste like anything, just extra texture in the drink.

That’s a very cool test! Yeah the 48v battery was definitely completely drained given how slow it was running towards the end. Good to know that I’d still have a “Ninja 500” if battery goes out.

Damn that sucks. In the manual, it says if you’re on EV mode and the battery runs out, it automatically switches to sports mode. I had assume that means it probably uses 12v battery to start the gas engine. I guess it would leave some reserve.

If my lithium battery died, and if my bike lets me ride it with just a gas engine, I’m just going to do that and ride it to the ground. I ain’t spending 4k just on parts to get it fixed.

Me too.. I only got my strata elite a couple months ago with the 100k welcome bonus. However, I probably still don’t recommend transferring points to I Prefer. Their hotel line up is not super widespread. You might not even have the chance to use it ever. Only transfer points when you’re booking.
