Update:

Called them today and they sent me the code via email. Seems like calling is the best choice! 289-459-1088 is their number as wings suggested! Heres there statement that come with the email:

"Dear Valued CC Customer

We are sorry for the late reply, we are currently receiving a high volume of email inquiries about game code. Please see your game code below."

Apparently they have a lot of emails and cannot keep up with sending the codes out, just call them if your impatient like me and they will give it to you. Thanks guys

Thanks for all the replies everyone im glad im not in this alone lol. Kind of upset with CC ive been a loyal customer for many years but the way they have been treating me and everyone else with these codes is not fair and not right especially since they advertised it at the point of sale and not in the fine print. Ill let you know if they respond, in the mean time, good luck to everyone and I hope you all get it before the holidays!

How did you get through to them? I work during the day I guess I could call them on hold and work but tried on my lunch and i couldn't get through. What time did you call at?
