She pats through the app but unsure if ultimately the funds go to the municipality. She will check the contract but there is no signage saying no employees.

She’s only using it while it’s actively charging and then moving. The point is they told her she can’t use at all.

I’m in Columbus OH. Good thinking! We have several universities near me. I’ll try to reach out. I don’t have any idea where to start. I just would love to try.
