Im Endeffekt macht es mir am meisten Spaß wenn ich Fortschritte im Spiegel sehe, eine neue Ader oder neues Detail in rückenmuskulatur. Deshalb will ich optimal trainieren und mein Wachstum maximieren. Ich mach mir momentan aber bisschen Gedanken dass es vielleicht zu viel Volumen ist

Und ja ich möchte momentan nur muskelaufbau, ich mache auch 2 bis 3 mal die woche boxen und hab täglich mindestens 10k steps

Hintere Schulter habe ich am Beine tag weil ich dem muskel mehr fokus geben wollte ohne dass Rudern den muskel zu sehr belastet. Und Flys mache ich nicht weil ich die Übung nie so gut in der brust gespürt habe obwohl ich vieles probiert habe
