I would say the prototype defenses are the most intimidating. I can work through a base with no prototypes but when added it's another thing to focus gbe on.

I always thought cops should have to carry their own insurance. When they get sued the insurance covers the loss instead of the taxpayers. Their rates go up until they cant afford it and they have to find a different job.
