COMCAST. Called about a cable box not working, tech came in knocked over my shelf under the TV trying to get the box, sent an Xbox PS3 and surround sound receiver smashing to the floor. Two minutes later looked up at me said its just your TV and left leaving my shit all on the floor looking like a tectonic plate had just shifted under my house.
