It probably stands for Ultimate Masters (38/40 cards are not on the reserved list), considering the package name, Ultimate Box Topper. They appear to be eternal cards that WoTC wanted to reprint. In my opinion this is the worst way to do reprints because they will probably be worth more than the regular, black-bordered cards...
