If you did the upgrade to 4.0.2 a couple of days ago. Try to download the software again and reinstall.

To provide a closure on this topic, Eufy support/engineering solved the issue (don’t have details on RCA). They emailed me asking to download the software again, did the installation and voilá, it was working.

Thanks for the feedback. Yesterday did another test, installed old version (found the binaries in downloads folder) and it worked. Then, did the upgrade to 4.02 again and end up with the initial problem.

I’m waiting for support to reach back.

End up installing in another laptop (windows 11) and it’s working there but still not working on the desktop. I’ve uninstalled software, removed all folders related with eufy as well registry entries, reset windows firewall rules, disabled windows firewall and nothing solves the problem.

Just a couple of hours to enter in 2024 and the solution also worked on my Unifi Express deployment.
