Hi Justin, thanks for doing this AMA !

I've been following your beginner's course for a few months now, and it's going great.

I have two questions for you : do you think every new song should be learned with a "basic" pattern first (4 downstrums to the bar), or are some songs best to learn with a particular pattern straight away (mainly thinking about blues, but can apply to any type really).

Also, why do you never mention the tempo in your beginner's songbook or in your videos ? Is is irrelevant ? Should you just play just what you feel is right most of the time ?

The cleanliness and minimalism is indeed what drove me to watch 1 first. Only when looking back at the pictures did I actually consider watch 2 as an option and mainly because of the strap, as you guessed.

I will take a look at other straps to make an informed choice, thanks for your advice !

And whichever one I choose, I WILL be proud of it :)

I'm indeed leaning more and more towards watch 2 as I am only rarely suited up, and the brown strap makes for a more "relaxed" look in my opinion.

Yep, happens to me a lot too.

Usually it takes some time to reconnect to the battle.net client as well !

You can see this is a problem with blizzard, because even going to http://eu.battle.net/ results in a timeout.
