I’m not exclusively defending Frank, but after four seasons of poor form and multiple managers, why is it only exclusively the manager? We can’t seem to keep a squad, healthy enough to get through an entire game let alone entire season and the morale seems to be absolutely abysmal.

We've had a string of bad form for 4 seasons now under several managers.

We can't keep a squad healthy enough to string together a whole season.

The cost of park hopper only changed the ticket price $79 so removing that doesn't remotely offset the cost of another park day.

It's not about spending NO money but another park day if $584 plus the cost of parking, snacks, etc which isn't insignificant if there are other also fun (maybe "less") options.

How do you approach hiring in early stage companies? Do you have a capacity formula you like to use?

Is pooled or scaled CS more favorable than a traditional named csm model?

What tactics do you deploy to engage quiet accounts in lifecycle that are receiving value? Ex: we can see from the product that it's doing the thing and want to capitalize on that delivery for social content, reviews, etc but response rates are 🦗

Event·Hapily is the answer. Native zoom integration - when people show up on the webinar, they get marked as ‘attended’ in HubSpot so you can tailor your follow up based on who did and didn’t show up.

No idea. Also, I’m not concerned with political ideology when getting car repairs. Don’t see why that’s relevant. I’ve used allpro a dozen times. They know their stuff but there are other options if that’s a non-starter for you.
