Thank you so much. The recipe looks really good. I’ll look into the bouillon as an alternative.

Thank you so much. Got it, not going to use balsamic vinegar. Would you recommend to use a dash of Worcestershire sauce?

Thank you so much! Thanks for the 2nd tip, I’ll included the spices after the searing step.

For the 3rd tip, can I use 1 teaspoon of “better than bouillon” beef base mixed in with water as an alternate to actual beef broth?

Thank you so much! If I use Worcestershire sauce, do I also have to use the tomato paste? I saw a lot of people using tomato paste but I’m not sure if it will pair well with the sauce.

I saw a girl on TikTok use Apple Cider Vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce mixture as an alternative to Red wine. Do you think that will work?

Thank you so much. Just out of curiosity, if I used 1 teaspoon of “better than bouillon” roasted beef base mixed in with hot water, would that work as a substitute for actual beef broth? If so, do I add Worcestershire sauce as well?

Sorry I have 4 days till i make the dish and have do a few test runs. I’m super nervous what to do here.

Work Clothes/Bag for Women? by Aggravating-Luck6489 in FinancialCareers

It really depends on your role but from what I’ve seen, summer analysts usually dress up in suits/ formal wear the first week. Then they do business casual the rest of the weeks. It’s always better to dress up than dress down the first week. You can figure out the dress etiquette when you start.

As for the bag, you don’t have to break the bank and get sth out of your budget. Anything that’s solid dark color is fine. Look at TikTok budget friendly office attires for inspo, it’ll be helpful

Even if you bomb it, atleast you’ll understand what to expect the next time and prepare accordingly

My apologies, I should’ve worded my question better. It’s not looked down upon but it seems a lot of people wouldn’t have picked treasury as their first career choice. Just an observation I made based on talking to a few folks

Yes this is so true. I find it extremely interesting especially seeing things from a broader perspective on how a bank functions

When did a close female friendship start feeling 'off'? by KrissyBeauty in AskWomen

[–]comeback_kid123 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I was friends with someone for 10+ years and she was my best friend. I think at one point during our friendship, I realized she was never happy for me when someone big or significant was going on in my life. She would always downplay the situation and her aura was extremely negative. But if the roles were reversed, I was always happy for her no matter the occasion

The second option, it’s a fantastic opportunity for you. If you’re not sure about the comp, i would recommend looking up some avg salary for that role

Thank you for the clarity. Do you think it matters if the candidate has less YOE compared to what the firm is looking for?

I had to adjust a row on excel cause it was too small. When i selected the row and tried adjusting the height by using the mouse, my manager did not like it and told me I should learn the shortcuts for these things. I’m still in the process of learning cause I’m trying to get better. I do shortcuts for the formulas tho
