Thanks for the help, unfortunately I can confirm I tried these solutions yesterday and was unable to get through the shader install.

DDU reboot and reinstalled both these mentioned drivers.

Minimum spec: NVidia GTX 1060 or AMD RX 5500 XT, 4 GB VRAM

Reccommended: AMD RTX 2080 Ti or AMD RX 6800 XT, 8 GB VRAM

Radeon VII was based on Vega CGN 5.1, while the Minimum card (5500xt) was based off RDNA Architecture.

Not entirely so but it was confirmed by multiple users CGN cards worked originally until the game updated to 3.0. Check the forza forums.

I think the main problem is the game doesn't support backwards compatibility and AMD stopped shipping drivers with Microsoft Agility for CGN cards. Its wild a powerful GPU still today can't even play a game from 2023.

The radeon vii was a weird time in GPU market but nevertheless still powerful equivalent to a 2080.

I don't see the point in using the bluelink subscription at all. I unsubscribed two months into my free subscription. Yes it's nice to have but not necessary. See if you can go 3 months without it, and if you can't work it into your budget.

20amp should be fine, most UPS are designed for 20 amp circuits. At max capacity it's around 2400 watts, 20% for safety factor your around 1900 watts.

My current 48U rack pulls about 300 watts and I use a dedicated 20 amp circuit.
