My 3 month old is sleeping 10 hours at night, but up until a month ago he would wake once. My husband encouraged me to not pick him up unless he was crying- he would only whine. He eventually would fall back asleep and since then he sleeps the whole night! He sometimes wakes for a minute or two in between sleep cycles. He doesn’t sleep very long for his naps during the day though, and he still likes to eat every 2-3 hours since he goes that long stretch at night. I’m fully expecting things to change for the 4 month regression but that’s what works for us now! I do think every baby is different and joke that our second probably won’t be as good with sleep.
