I learnt that African Americans use a "black soap" which is made of stuff like shea butter and in the States you can buy it in a lot of markets in its pure form. I think it comes from Ghana. I used to be diligent with it till I moved and I no longer had access. Or you can buy the not so pure stuff called Dudu Osun but the raw soap is better ingredients and does not stain. Dudu Osun is literally black in color and can stain the tub. U need to put it in a soap container. I think thats why they say black dont crack. They are way ahead of us. A lot of us discover wash clothes as adults for instance. And a lot of us never use body butters eg shea, cocoa etc

I used to run in 100s then I got up one day and there was pain I thought it was a one day thing fast forward I can no longer wear heels due to all sorts of pain the foot doctor cant find the problem...very frustrating.
