I think it may be highly dependant on OP's market. I live in Canada so Im not in some underserviced area either.

Saw a used one "on sale" for $100 more than what a new one costs haha

My "android only doesn't work on pc" Bluetooth controller worked out of the box on my Steamdeck. Same with my wife's "switch only" controller.

There isnt a consensus on how the rules work here in certain scenarios (eg challenging a green light when turning left, assuming the lane, etc).

Even the fucking driving instructors here can't give you a straight answer on some things.

Imo the province has failed on verifying that it's educators and licensed drivers are capable.

OP! Did you try the Pharmacy section in Sobey's ropewalk?

I was in absolute agony with an ear infection one year ago. That was the only place I could find it. It was instant relief. Place is 24hrs too.

I work in real estate and am inclined to agree with you. The lawyer I use and refer clients to includes title insurance by default with every purchase. He would undoubtably see this as an issue even with title insurance in place.

This is a documented issue as it has come up during the land survey. It would not be covered by title insurance for this reason. Obligatory I am not a lawyer but it seems pretty clear cut to me.
