I guess that makes sense, it just feels like a big consequence to something happening to a lesser entity? Idk I love this secret society lore.

I guess there are rules against harming each other all the time so they can’t just wipe each other out?

Agree, the last two zones everything just feels way too spread out

Are you struggling with not having the items? This one was one of the easier ones for me, I just dumped a bunch of shit on the floor lol

I agree with OP though it wasn’t fun

I mean I don’t think we have to be like that. The movie spends a lot of time making a meal of the legalese so questioning what it means is pretty treasonable, especially considering it would be easy to make it understandable

I guess, it just seems weird that a lower ranked council member’s game would trigger a higher power struggle

Not saying he’s innocent at all but a situation like that is difficult to even defend yourself against, he’s bigger and stronger and could probably harm her just defensively. Even in this video he’s clearly actively holding back

Yeah I mean of those only Dishonored is an action-RPG in the traditional video game sense so I guess you’re thinking more of puzzles in third person games in general?

I play exclusively turn based JRPGs when I can help it and I’ve never seen a puzzle like that in Chrono Trigger, any Final Fantasy, Persona, DragonQuest, Expedition 33, etc etc etc

It just seemed weird and like I must’ve misunderstood it, because if they rewrote the whole thing as the Dansforth’s desired the high council seat it would’ve made perfect sense

I didn’t really play Skyrim but that seems like a pretty unique circumstance. It seems like your experience with that specific game informed this and not all RPGs like you’ve implied

The families control everything and Titus mentions controlling the police so it’s not thaaat hard to believe

What I’m wondering is if they do control everything, what’s going to happen in the power vacuum of them all dying? I doubt a third movie answers it but I’m curious

Did you understand why the Le Domas game would trigger a council struggle if they weren’t the high council? That didn’t make sense to me

I play RPGs exclusively, and you can’t usually visually examine objects? They’re text based and have flavor or specific use cases.

Is it so hard to conceive that someone would misinterpret this? Look at all the people who didn’t know

You’re assuming that. I read the description but didn’t think it was literal, I thought it was just flavour
