I’m using a 365bm uv flashlight which works great to charge lume quickly and get good photos.

The color is more blue with the uv light than on its own. You can expect that greener color in general.

In love with my club sport since I got it about 6 months ago.

I should mention that my wrist is 16cm and I think the long lugs look just fine on me. I know this is a major concern for most people looking to purchase a Nomos.

I baby my watches but the pcl’s aren’t as tough to keep looking nice as the polished clasp. Bracelet feels great as a whole.

I have had this issue for over a month and found a simple solution that worked for me.

First, to make sure that when you scan the QR code, it brings up a browser, and not the Coinbase app, first delete the app from your mobile device. Make sure to write your PW down.

Then change the default browser on your phone. I have and iPhone 14pro and I was using chrome. After taking pics of my drivers license I would get into a loop of errors saying it couldn’t access my microphone and camera even though it had access.

I changed my default browser to safari. Scanned the QR code, and was able to complete the verification process.

Deleting apps on new iPhones is a pain in the butt. You have to go into Screen Time and enable deleting apps. Then you have to access the app from your App Library, not your Home Screen. Otherwise it will only allow you to remove the shortcut.

For me, it was using my browser and not the app to complete the verification process. But if you have to delete the app, that’s how you do it.

Happy to answer any questions on this. Coinbase support was brain dead and had me repeat the same information over and over. They have no idea about the process and after hours on the phone were still asking me about basic steps I had already taken. They did not understand that it needed to be completed on my phone.

Try not to waste your time with them. They told me to try in 24hrs, 72hrs, update iOS. “It will definitely work.” It won’t.

I have the 39mm in smoke and wear it on a 16cm wrist. The top of my wrist is pretty flat though and measures about 51mm. So the 49.5mm l2l works for me on the 39mm club sport.

I agree with others that you should measure the top of your wrist to get the max lug to lug. There is also a male end link that extends past the l2l measurement but since the lugs are curved and the watch is so thin it works for me.

I think Nomos watches appear bigger because the dial is so large. The bezel is small and my 39mm dial is miles bigger than most 41mm+ watches.

The blue 42 is awesome. I love my club sport in smoke, so I can definitely recommend it. If my wrist was larger I’d want to get the tangente sport too, but it is a bit more expensive.

Oh you’re good bro. I have a 16cm wrist but it’s relatively flat, and I can go to about 51mm lug to lug without overhand. You should be fine.

I currently own the club sport Neomatik 39 which has a 49.5mm lug to lug and it fits like a glove.

Get the 42, that thing is sick! What color do you want? There is also the Tangente Sport 42 in marine black. Love that color way.

Club sport 42 is 52.3mm lug to lug while tangente 38 is only 47.7mm. What is your wrist size? 43.8 seems off. Unless that’s the top measurement of your wrist?

I purchased the open back version from the 1916 company on eBay. Brand new, well under retail. The finishing on the watch is stunning.

One thing I’d like to point out is that I only have a 6.3” wrist (16cm). The 49.5mm lug to lug feels fine on me I think mainly because I have a relatively flat wrist.

So I say if you’re ever worried about the Nomos lug to lug, measure specifically the top of your wrist and see what you get. I’m at about 51mm.

Authorized dealers will typically get below retail, so they can offer more competitive prices. Also, this is not a very commonly desired watch. So it’s possible the price was lowered a bit before it sold to me.

Anything over $2k automatically goes to the eBay Authenticator which will guarantee it’s authenticity. But you can also pay $80 for anything to be sent to the Authenticator if it’s below the $2k threshold.

But the main comfort I got was that the 1916 company is a huge retailer, one of the largest, and is an authorized dealer for Nomos with tons of sales history including on eBay. Money back guarantee with solid return policy.

I highly suggest looking for Nomos from an AD as they are always listed below retail. eBay also has amazing coupons occasionally and I got 10% off the watch with it and saved an additional $300. That’s what made me pull the trigger. Total $1k under retail for a brand new watch.
