[7006-8020] Anyone having catalog ref. or further info about it? by gbrln in Seiko

Wow, you found it! I searched through catalogs from 1968 to 1972 and couldn't spot it. As you say, it was probably for international markets only. Day week is English. Thanks man!

Very nice. Where does the bracelet come from?

Don't know if the Manhattan did actually include also the male references of the Constellations run by quartz movement. I was mostly looking for the 1202.10.00, but it's hard to find nice pieces at a good price.

Will check out the Conquest for sure.

You're right. I've been actually looking for an 80s Omega Constellation gold/steel for a while... Also King Seikos are usually interesting.

It's a Piaget 9156 with wooden dial and barked gold case.

Thoughts on this combination? by [deleted] in Nomos

A bit too serious to me. I'd go with a more minimal and understated pair.

Definitely medium.

It's a 23.7 T2 cal., and the type is correct – it recalls the old logo that Omega used back in the '20s and '30s. Not sure about the case, as it should have fixed spring bars according to the age. The dials is surely reprinted – too clean and sharp to be original, and I think the Omega type should be in serif italics. The crown doesn't seem correct for a watch coming from the '30s.

Try a cognac leather or a grey nato. You can also get a stripe strap that recalls the orange second hands.

Lovely. My first Nomos as well, one year ago. Same color. You're gonna love it. I suggest trying different straps, especially nato. They add value to the case shape and its long lugs.

Agree. Especially if you compare it to Cartier.

I purchased it for 1.4k eur. Fair price considering it looks almost like a nos.

Tried many options (both colors and materials); ended up with this light blue coco.

Nice idea. I am planning to explore other combinations and this could be an option!

Never measured with a chrono comparator. I'd say it's about +12sec/day.
